These terms govern your use of raiseandrunway.com and your participation in Raise & Runway events.
The community
Raise & Runway is a free, informal community for founders, lenders and advisors in the growth credit market, organised by SuLe and Mountside Ventures. There is no membership fee, no legal entity, and no contractual obligation either way.
Events
- Event sign-ups are reviewed by the organisers. We aim to keep events balanced across founders, lenders and advisors, and may decline registrations to maintain that mix.
- Attendance is free unless otherwise stated.
- The organisers may photograph or record events for community use. If you'd prefer not to appear, please tell a member of the team on the night.
- Behaviour at events should be respectful. We reserve the right to ask anyone behaving inappropriately to leave.
Content on the website
The information on this website (including the growth credit guide and event materials) is general educational content. It is not legal, financial or investment advice. Always consult a qualified adviser before making decisions about your business or capital structure.
Intellectual property
Branding, copy and design on this site belong to Raise & Runway, SuLe and Mountside Ventures. Partner logos belong to their respective owners and are used with permission.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any losses arising from your use of this website or attendance at our events, except where required by UK consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
